Ou beautiful blue-eyed baby turned one December 14th. Can you believe it! I still can't. Here are some of the pictures that my talented mother-in-law took for us.
The weekend after we returned from Telluride Reif and Cade (his business partner) had a business meeting in Denver and invited Jamie and I to join them after in Vail. So after act 7 yrs of not skiing, we were in CO twice in 2 1/2 weeks! Vail was beautiful and so much fun!

This year was our first family ski trip and it was so much fun! We flew to CO with Reif's mom and stepdad, sadly leaving our littlest guy behind, & spent a week enjoying the sun and slopes. Thatcher and Juliet went to ski school while Reif and I enjoyed some time with his parents and each other on the mountain. It was a fabulous vacation and we all look forward to hopefully another fun trip next year!

Randomly our first day on the slopes was the 11 yr anniversary of Reif proposing to me. We met for some hot chocolate at the very cabin that he got down on one knee, & when he walked in he had roses, like the day he proposed! It was so super sweet! I'm a lucky lady!
Reif and his cousin Cade who he works with took his wife Jamie and I on a much needed vacation to Cabo a few weeks ago. They guys have been swamped at work this summer and have hardly been home to catch their breathes. Which means that Jam and I have been on parenting duty all by our lonesomes. And although we are both blessed with precious children that we love dearly, a vacation was such a wonderful escape!

I cannot even believe that our Juliet is 3! She has been the most wonderful blessing to all of us. I am so thrilled to have a girl to share my days with and hopefully build an everlasting relationship with, like I have with my mom! We love you more than words can express Juliet!

We just had Missy's birthday party and it was so much fun! I love having a girl! We had a candy party, "Juliet's Sweet Shoppe", and all the little girls wore fru-fru skirts and they looked so super cute! I think that it may have been my favorite party that we've thrown at our house, yet. (Special thanks to my mom for helping!)
